Taken alongside 7-keto and B5 on an empty stomach in the morning, its effects linger long after the course concludes. We do take other supplements too, and no adverse effects have been noticed. I'm currently exploring more from Ayurveda and gamalaev.

Good ashwagandha, used for adrenal fatigue and chronic stress. Organic, containing herb combined with two types of ashwagandha extracts of different concentrations. The small herbal tablets are easy to swallow. The manufacturer does not indicate any additional substances in the composition. I find they have a slight sedative effect. In the morning I take them with Gokshura, and in the evening, I take them alone. They enhance stress resilience, particularly when paired with yoga. I would recommend this product for re-purchase.
